No city can afford to take a back-seat to its development. This workshop will deliver technical lessons about implementing public/private partnerships in an instructive and interactive format – bringing to life the tactics and a critical analysis of several case study projects. The workshop will include expert members of the Urban Land Institute from the private sector who will explain how they have worked with cities in their communities. All participants will get a copy of ULI’s new handbook on creative financing.
